We're heading back to Stonebrooke...one of the perennial favorite events... on Saturday, June 15. This will be a pre-pay in full event. You will need to be paid through the link below by Wednesday, June 12 @ noon to play. If you can't pay online, you can go to the club before June 12 and pay in person. If you haven't paid by this date, you will be removed from event. https://www.stonebrooke.com/group-event-payments/minneapolis-meet-up-jun-15th-2019 Event Details: Group Name: Minneapolis Meet Up Event Date: June 15 Event Time: 1pm tee times – 2:30 pm Number of Players: 40 Amount: $61.74 includes 18 holes, cart, and range balls and a chance to win $1,000 on hole #4 with a hole in one. Optional Hole in One Challenge: $5 to win $10,000 $10 to win $20,000 I have 40 spots (10 tee times) reserved starting at 1 p.m. This includes a riding cart. Please make sure you are at the course at least 15 minutes before your tee time to check in, pay and be ready for teeing off. I will send tee times and pairings on Thursday, June 12 once the official RSVP closes. Afterward golf, we'll have dinner on Stonebrooke's lovely outdoor deck if weather cooperates. Otherwise, indoors in the bar area. Here are Stonebrooke's rules: Stonebrooke Golf Club does NOT allow any outside alcoholic beverages on the premises and will not tolerate any violations of this policy. · All food must be purchased from Stonebrooke Golf Club. Arrangements may be made in advance when confirming your outing. Please contact Deb, our catering director for all food and beverage requests. deb@stonebrooke.com or 952-496-3171, ext 31. · Stonebrooke Golf Club requires that all golfers have their own clubs. Club rentals are available at an additional charge and should be reserved in advance. · Stonebrooke Golf Club enforces the following “Keep Pace” policy and monitors course play regularly. In conjunction with this policy, “five-somes” and “walk-alongs” are not permitted. The appropriate time to play each 9 holes is 2 hours or less. · Stonebrooke Golf Club has cart path rules that coincide with current weather conditions. Your group will be expected to adhere to the rule applicable to the course on the day of your event. Course management reserves the right to revoke golf cart privileges of any/all violators. · In the event of bad weather, Stonebrooke Golf Club will issue Rain Checks according to the following guidelines: Stonebrooke issues rain check credits on a pro-rated basis to reflect the number of holes unplayed. For example, the rate you paid including golf cart and tax will be divided by 18 giving you a per hole dollar amount. You will be issued a credit for any unplayed holes, valid towards your next round of golf at Stonebrooke Golf Club. No Refunds will be given once you have begun play.
