Meditation is scientifically proven to benefit everyone of any age in all spheres of life, be it Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual arenas. For maximum gains from meditation, we need to practice daily for some days until we develop a habit. It takes at least 21 days to create a habit (and sometimes another 20 days to make it a part of our nature).
Starting with baby steps of daily meditations of 15 min brings us to a state where we can harvest maximum benefits. A support group and theoretical understanding of meditation goes a long way to ensure our success in the practical aspect (daily practice) of achieving our goal of becoming a meditator.
