Sahaja Yoga is a unique and natural way to attain Self - Realization. With regular practice of this simple breathing method our Kundalini, which is born with us and stored in our sacrum bone, spontaneously awakens. Through inner enlightenment, we become our own masters and begin to master all kinds of things around us, including ourselves. Sahaja yogi and yogini dedicate their time to teaching these free and informative classes. Regular classes are held in public and online to encourage you as an individual seeker toward your optimum practice. This collective approach to mediation has many benefits. Curious? Join us for a class. Dress comfortably. We will be sitting in chairs. The library can get a little cool, a sweater or sweatshirt is recommended for optimal comfort.
