It's a perfect time to focus our attention on activities & goals that support creativity, growth, nourishment, nurturing, protection, healing and regeneration (for ourselves as well as the world around us) KUNDALINI MEDITATION This meditation is based on the practice of Kundalini Yoga. In this way, it helps to promote emotional well-being, mental clarity and stress relief. "Sound" is incorporated as an integral part of Kundalini Meditation.
