We will do some mindful walking and stretching for the first 15 minutes and experiment with a new mindfulness practice for the remaining 15 minutes each time we meet. Please bring a mind that is open to new possibilities. Mindfulness can help build inner peace and clarity as well as help with impulse control. Mindfulness allows us to press the pause button and respond to a situation thoughtfully rather than reacting impulsively. Let's meet at the wooden structure near the parking lot and immediately start walking at 10am. If you arrive late, please catch up with us on the trail around the pond. Looking forward to meeting up!
