Route: 20-25 mile loop via Germantown; 2 miles bikeway, the rest on flat to rolling roads with a few short climbs.
Speed groups: C (12-15 mph avg.) led by Steve and B (15-18 mph avg) led by Alvin.
Conditions: no rain, temperature 65-95°F, wind <20 mph
Helmets required; front and rear lights required after 20 September.
In case of threatening weather, an alternate bikeway route keeps us within 8 miles of the finish, with a couple of overpasses for temporary shelter.
This Dayton Cycling Club ride welcomes guest riders familiar with traffic laws regarding bicycles. Riders under age 18 must be accompanied by responsible adults.
