A perfectly balanced 45-minute class of strength and flexibility. This empowering and results focused class combines Pilates, yoga, ballet, and core strengthening to target all the major muscle groups. We isolate and tone the arms, legs, glutes, and abdominals by using a ball, barre, strap, resistance bands, mat, ankle weights, and small hand weights. Our supportive instructors focus on proper alignment and form to help each of our clients look and feel their best.
