In May we are at Parlor City in Cedar Rapids. We will be in one of the semi-private areas.
This is a chance to network with other real estate investors in the Corridor. The Meet-up will have pizzas ordered to share, and attendees can order their own beverages or more food as wanted.
Usually we meet the 3rd Wednesday of the Month at the Vault/NewBoCo at the Geonetric Building in Cedar Rapids.
The Iowa City Area Real Estate Investor Meetup gives East Central and Southeast Iowa real estate investors a place to share information about real estate deals and to learn about current real estate investing strategies and tactics that are working in today's marketplace.
The group includes a mix of experienced and new real estate investors, as well as those interested in residential and commercial real estate investing opportunities.
