Let's start again our meditation sessions. First couple of months have been more towards introducing meditation in our lives and forming some habits. Now we'll take these habits to the next level, learning to meditate at will and learning to deal with daily life situations a lot more mindfully. [ Theme] To be decided. [ HomeWork] Homework from prior sessions is to sit still with straight back for at least 10-15 minutes, a few times this week, let your mind wander where it will, just make sure that your body stays still. Of course it is optional. [ After Session] Since its best to meditate on not so full stomach, we go for dinner after the session, you're very welcome to join. We pick a restaurant nearby and just walk/drive there. Last few times, it has been a great social experience.
