Apparently, I made my birthday walk too difficult so here's the alternative:
This will be an easy walk through the Ladd's addition and Buckman neighborhoods, ending with dessert at Pix Patisserie. The 4 mile one-way walk start at Palomar restaurant and ends at Pix.
I will be enjoying food and drinks at the rooftop of Palomar starting 6pm, and the walk will start from the ground floor entrance to the restaurant at 7pm. If you plan to join me for food and drinks at Palomar, please be early enough so that you are ready to leave by 7pm.
From Palomar, we will walk through Ladd's addition, Colonel Sumner Park and the Buckman neighborhood to Pix Patisserie for dessert, just under 4 miles. I will be walking back to Palomar (1.5 miles), or you can choose a different mode of transportation for your return.
Feel free to dress festively or just come as yourself. No need to have met me before; just come to enjoy a nice walk and delicious food.
Bring rain gear if it rains. All walks begin promptly at time indicated on event.
