CBS Film Series hosts The Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival

For your convenience, once again the CBS Film Series is sponsoring the Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival as our way of giving you a Taste of the Fest. After the establishment of Israel, thousands relocated there and now thousands more are fighting to join their families and friends. The film follows the amazing journey of two best friends on a fateful mission in America as they represent the Ethiopian Jews struggle to immigrate to Israel. With intimate access and historical context, we follow the unlikely spokesmen out of Ethiopia for the first time in their lives as they deal with intense pressure, homesickness, and the ups and downs of a grassroots campaign.
