Whether you are new to yoga or are an experienced yogi....this is the class for you! Our certified instructor is excellent at suggesting ways to modify the poses for the less experienced, and suggesting ways that the more experienced can challenge themselves. This class is offered on a love offering basis and we are truly grateful for all offerings. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!!
