We will be working through a sequence focusing on relieving tension through the lower back, hips and hamstrings, designed to keep blood circulation flowing throughout the legs from the base of the spine. This sequence can help alleviate mild symptoms of sciatica as well as contribute to overall flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat, water and a strap or hand towel to assist with some stretching. Requested donation of $5-$10 can be paid on-site.
