Yin Yoga is a practice of allowing. With it’s emphasis on long-held, passive poses, Yin Yoga mobilizes and strengthens the joints, ligaments and deep fascial networks by allowing the body to soften into the postures with time and support rather than force. The Yin practice is deeply healing for the body and meditative for the mind.
