(English follows French) AVIS : Cet événement est produit conjointement avec le Halifax Spanish Conversation Meetup. Nous vous invitons de nouveau à un dîner multilingue tardif style repas-partage, où seuls le français et l'espagnol seront les langues d'usage. Apportez un plat et partagez votre talent culinaire ainsi que vos habiletés dans l'une ou l'autre des deux langues latines couramment parlées dans les Amériques. L'entrée est libre. L’événement se tiendra de 14h00 à 16h00 dans la salle communautaire BMO, située au 2e étage de la bibliothèque centrale d’Halifax, à l’angle du chemin Spring-Garden et de la rue Queen. Il y a un stationnement payant situé sous la bibliothèque; l'entrée est sur la rue Queen. Le nombre de participants est limité à 15 par groupe. Si vous êtes membre des deux groupes, veuillez vous enregistrer qu'à un seul groupe, afin de laisser la chance à tout le monde de s'inscrire. Vous pouvez emmener jusqu'à 2 invités. ----------------------------- NOTE: This is a joint event with the Halifax Spanish Conversation Meetup We invite you once again to take part in a multilingual late lunch/potluck, where only French and Spanish will be spoken. Bring some food and share your culinary talents and your abilities in either one or both Latin languages most frequently spoken in the Americas. Admission is free. The event will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the BMO Community Room, on the 2nd floor of the Halifax Central Library, on the corner of Spring Garden Road and Queen Street. Paid parking is available below the library, entrance on Queen Street. The number of attendees is limited to 15 per group. Members of both groups can only register in one group in order to give everybody the opportunity to register. Each attendee is allowed to bring up to 2 guests. --HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS-- 1) Name tags will be given at the door, where you will write your name and state which language you speak. Admission is free. 2) Only finger foods and baked goods will be permitted inside the BMO Community Room. The use of electric appliances such as a crock-pot, portable cook-top burners, toaster ovens, etc., is not permitted. 3) Food and beverages may only be consumed inside the BMO Community Room. 4) Alcohol is not permitted inside the BMO Community Room or anywhere on library property. Anybody caught with a container of alcohol will be asked to leave the premises. 5) Attendees are responsible for their safety, particularly when it comes to dietary restrictions or food allergies. Attendees shall not hesitate to ask the person who brought the dish if there are any ingredients that may be detrimental to their health. 6) The hosts will appreciate if some attendees can stay behind at the end of the Meetup to assist with the cleanup. 7) If you cannot attend, please change your status to "Not going" prior to the start of the Meetup, to give someone else the chance to attend. This is important, especially when there is a Waitlist.
