Come enjoy an outdoor yoga/mindfulness class at Hampton Park. During this class, we will explore a walking meditation around the park, sun salutations, & mindful breathing practices. This class will be energizing and relaxing. Perfect for all levels and open to all. How to find us: At the center of Hampton Park, there is a lake with a fountain. We will meet behind the fountain. -Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes -Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to put down for the sun salutations. Bring anything else to make you comfortable. -I'd recommend leaving your personal belongings in the car and just bringing your keys so that when we walk you are not carrying a lot of things. $10 cash is preferred for this class and can be donated at sign in. “Stillness is not the absence or negation of energy, life, or movement.
