This is the first of our weekly meetings where you will start to learn why you make the decisions you do, good and bad. You'll walk away with an action plan to put in place to start the process of real change.
Bring something to take notes in as there will be lots of information!
We will be meeting at Cooper Sports Performance gym in Dublin. There is plenty of parking. When you arrive, go to the main entrance, and as you go through the receptionist area, you'll veer right down the hallway to an open lounge area. Wear whatever you like as we won't be working out :) This will be a comfortable, laid back atmosphere!
