Looking for a break from a hectic day? Take a deep breath and unwind with our Hatha Yoga class with Nicole. Combining yoga poses and breathing exercises, Nicole will guide you through a relaxing practice that will also help improve your flexibility, strength and overall well-being.
Please bring water and towel to class. Yoga mats will be provided.
