After Work-Meditation – Prevention of Burnout – Relaxation – Attentiveness – Well-being Meditation for beginners and intermediate Very often, we find ourselves going to extremes of pushing ourselves too hard at work, or becoming too emotional, lethargic or depressed when an unwelcomed event happens to us. Modern man finds it increasingly difficult to strike a balance between the demands of a busy, hectic work schedule and its family and social relationships, which are at the heart of its emotional well-being. Please join our programmes and have your own experience. The meditation program in English language (if required in German) takes place weekly on Monday evening from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm at ‚The Loft‘ in Frankfurt City Our programmes are free of charge; we simply enjoy sharing our knowledge.
