Chanting and voicework is used for a variety of spiritual practices. We hear the Krishna devotees chanting the Maha Mantra to elevate Krishna consciousness in their Being and in the space they are in. We see people chanting in movies to invoke a certain aspect of spirit or energy work to be present in the flesh. Have you ever tried chanting to relax, awaken peace inside, or to enhance your meditation? You will learn: -basic concepts of how energy works in the body -the fundamentals of using voice with consciousness -a chanting technique applied to all the chakras -how the voice can be used for elevating your energy and awareness -beginner voice techniques to protect your voice so that it can be used for long periods of time Ram is a board-certified music therapist and ordained full-priest in the Mahajrya Buddhist tradition.
