About the Event
Welcome to the 6-Week Body Toning Bootcamp! Over the course of the next 6 weeks, I will release super focused videos targeting all muscle groups of your body to get you strong and lean for summer using only bodyweight! They are ""PIIT"" style - so you will be challenged - but there will be no explosive jumping movements so you can do this at your home or apartment! Each video must be done 4 times through in one session to give you a full 28 minute workout. The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready...you're gonna be life body ready! The week 1 workout is ""Booty Focus"" so will be all about that butt.
