Every Tuesday I teach Acro intermediate level, but I also welcome beginner students from time to time.
The intermediate level requires the ability to do "Front bird with no hands" and also to be confident enough to both base and fly the "Shoulder stand" pose. If you are not familiar with these techniques, don't worry. PM me and I'll adjust the class to accommodate you, or you could try my Wednesday Beginners class from March at 7.30 :-)
Expect to warm up and stretch doing 15/20 minutes of Yoga at the beginning of the class, practice inversion yoga poses like headstand and handstand, and discover really fun acro tricks for intermediate students.
We will finish the class with partner stretching exercises and therapeutic flying. Come play with us!!
