Come play with us at Tung Chung North Park - A2 Grass Lawn in Tung Chung!!! One hour of HIIT bodyweight workout including warm-up and stretching to kick off Sunday Funday. Please arrive a few minutes early as we will start our warmup at 8:00 AM sharp. Skipping the warmup puts you at greater risks for injuries, so it's important to incorporate that into your session. Bring your friends, your roommate(s), your boss, your coworkers, your parents... 10 mins of warm-up, 40 mins of workouts and 10 mins of stretching with tons of high-fives. Who's in?? ---- Our workouts are about bringing people together and are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using our own bodyweight strength and conditioning philosophy, which alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest. Think push-ups, squats, jumping lunges, burpees... but more creative and interactive! FitFam is accessible to everyone.
